Metcal SMTC-1147 60° Hoof Drag Cartridge Soldering Tip for MX Series Systems

The SMTC-1147 is a SMTC Series 60° "Long Reach" Hoof Tip Cartridge. The SMTC Series Tip Cartridges are designed for use with the MX Series Solder Systems, using the MX-H1-AV "Advanced" Hand-Piece or the MX-RM3E Coil Assembly Hand-Piece. These cartridges are ideal for Surface Mount Soldering and Rework. This tip is equipped with a long reach for providing access to restricted components on populated boards. The SMTC-1147 measures 0.13" wide x 0.7" long (3.3 x 17.78mm). This tip cartridge offers a maximum temperature of 775°F (412°C), designed for most standard applications.
