The Metcal MFR-UK4 is an ESD-Safe, MFR Series Tweezer Hand-Piece "Upgrade" Kit. This kit is designed for operators using an existing MFR-Series System. The MFR-UK4 includes the MFR-H4-TW Precision Tweezer Hand-Piece and the MFR-WSPT Tweezer Work-Stand. The MFR-H4-TW offers an ergonomic design, ideal for SMD removal, from 0201 Resistors to 28mm Long SOIC Components. The iron features a 48" (122cm) Cable Length for an unmatched reach and the ability to solder from nearly any angle. The H4-TW accepts the TxP Tweezer Cartridges (*All Tips Sold Separately). The included MFR-WSPT Work-Stand features an integrated Auto-Sleep Function, which places the iron into sleep mode when entered into the magnetic cradle of the stand. This improves the overall life of the tip cartridge, while it keeps the iron ready to use in mere seconds. The MFR-WSPT comes complete with a yellow "wet" sponge (STSS-YS1) and a brass coil pad to clean the desolder tip inbetween applications.
