Xuron LXASF Micro-Shear Flush Cutter with ESD Grip & Lead Retainer

The Xuron LXASF Micro-Shear Flush Cutter combines the patented Micro-Shear cutting action with precision ground cutting edges, extra tough .100" thick high carbon steel blades, and an ultra slim profile for access in high density areas. A factory-installed lead retainer on the Xuron LXASF helps to prevent flying leads and component shorting from stray leads when cut. Comes with black anti static grips which conform to ANSI/ESD.S20.20 and DOD-HDK-263 and have a surface resistivity of 1x10(6)-1x10(9). The Xuron LXASF is ergonomically sized for smaller hands and maximum maneuverability. Cuts soft wire up to 16 AWG (1.29mm) with a flush cut. LX Series shears are premium grade Micro-Shear flush cutters offering added capacity and durability over our standard series. Their high carbon steel blades are precision ground to ultra sharp cutting edges. LX Series Micro-Shear flush cutters receive a unique, state of the art heat treating process for a Rockwell hardness of 57-59 C.
