The Pace 7024-0001-P1 TP-65 Thermo-Pik handpiece provides safe, one-handed reflow and removal of a wide variety of QFPs in just seconds. Its high efficiency design targets controlled heat right at the joints, away from sensitive adjacent components and substrate areas. The TP-65 is a self-adjusting, integral vacuum pick with finger switch actuator provides for easy, one handed operation. Available for SensaTemp Systems only. The Pace TP-65 Thermo-Pik is compatible with MBT-250 rework systems.
