Ultra-short tip-to-grip (under 1.9‚ /48mm) allows for precision operator dexterity when used under a microscope or magnifier. Slim and lightweight, the handpiece dramatically reduces grip stress and operator fatigue, enhancing productivity. The Iron uses a patented Tip-Heater Cartridge which can be changed in seconds without tools, and most tips heat up within 10 seconds flat! TheTip & Tool Standallows for safe and secure holding ofeither handpiece, hot tips, Tip Tool, Water Sponge, Cleaning Brush and can be mounted to the side of of the PACE power source. The unit incorporates a Brass Wool Cleaner that won't drop tip temperature, cleans better than conventional sponges, won't damage your tips, and allows for removal of caked on/burned-on lead-free fluxes and oxides. A Sponge/Water Well is also included. Each Tip and Tool Stand is constructed withheavy duty, corrosion resistant metal.
