The 35175 is a Hand Sleeving Cutter. Also Known As "Little Joe", this cutter is designed for cutting tubing, sleeving, shrink tubing and much more. The 35175 cutter is constructed using a durable Polystyrene Plastic and quality cutting blades. The blades are replaceable (35177). Each 35175 Sleeving Cutter is equipped with an adjusting slide for making precise cut lengths. The slide features a ruler measurement down one (1) side, to help assist in making the proper cut length every time. The ruler is marked in 0.25" increments along the entire 2.5" long cutter.
