JBC Tools SF-110VB Automatic Solder Feed Station, 100 - 120V

The SF-110VB is an Automatic Solder Feed Station. This solder feeder allows you to feed wire solder automatically from any position. The control unit is easily configurable using parameters such as dispensed wire speed and length. This system can also monitor the solder consumption with the integrated counters. The SF-110VB features three (3) working modes, Continuous, Discontinuous and/or program mode. In each program the operator can set-up to 3-steps with different parameters (speed and length of wire dispensing). The unit offers up to 35 programs to be set for varying applications. The SF-110VB Solder Feeder offers a small blade that perforates the wire solder down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and out-gassing, while avoiding solder and flux splashing when soldering.
