JBC NASE-1C Premium Nano Rework Station

The NASE-1C is an ESD-Safe, Premium Nano Series Two (2) Tool Solder Station. The NASE Station is ideal for soldering and rework of SMT components requiring the highest precision. This station uses an intelligent algorithm for increased performance and an optimized Heat Control. The JBC Heat Control Systems recovers tip temperature extremely fast, increasing efficiency, while lowering the overall soldering temperature to reduce the risk of damage to components and improving the quality of each soldering and desoldering application. The JBC Heat Control Technology provides an average tip temperature drop of 68°F (20°C), where many others can drop as much as 158°F (70°C) after each joint soldered/desoldered. This innovative soldering technology allows a reduction of the overall temperature of the iron by at least 120°F (50°C) through the constant heating and re-heating process of other systems. The NASE-1C Solder Station can reach a temperature of 662°F (350°C) in only two (2) seconds, the integrated thermal sensor on the heater ensures a quick temperature recovery. The compact element design optimizes heat transfer by reducing the thermal barriers. The NASE-1C offers many features and functions. The systems intuitive menu provides more than 10 parameters to customize the control unit . The unit is designed with built-in iron stands, which feature a Hibernation Mode. The Hibernation Mode (when controlled via Station) reduces the tip temperature when the handle is placed into the stand after a pre-determined amount of time (0-60min), preserving the life of the tips. You can also use the included P-405 Foot Pedal. This foot switch makes the tool enter hibernation mode, causing no thermal stress when the component is placed on the PCB.
