Excelta 9247SL ESD Safe Slim Line Molded Grip Cutter

The 9247SL is ESD-Safe and part of the 'Slim Line' Medium, Tapered Relief Cutters. This tapered relief head cutter produces a "Maximum-Flush" cut (Maximum-Flush provides a cut edge with 0.05" bevel, leaving a smaller "pinch" in the wire end than Semi-Flush). Improved from the Lazer-Line Series, the 'Slim Line' features a smaller frame and Black oxide finish which inhibits rust and glare. The 9247SL is designed for cutting wire with a diameter up to 0.032" [0.88mm [AWG: 20]). This cutter is constructed from Carbon Tool Steel (AISI 52/100) with induction hardened cut blades to meet RHC 63-65 standards. The CNC machining provides the cutter's joint surfaces perfect alignment and long life. The 9247SL feature ESD-Safe, molded grips for lasting comfort from repetitive use. The molded grips offer a static resistance of 10(8) ohms/sq. These grips hold the dual-leaf springs for providing a smooth action.
