Excelta 9245SL Slim Line Molded Grip Cutter with Tapered Black Oxide Lazer Flush Carbon

The 9245SL is ESD-safe and part of the 'Slim Line' Medium, Tapered Cutters. This tapered head cutter produces a "Optimum-Flush" cut (Optimum-Flush provides a clean cut, without a "pinch" on the wire end - cut edge extremely sharp). Improved from the Lazer-Line Series, the 'Slim Line' features a smaller frame and Black oxide finish which inhibits rust and glare. The 9245SL is designed for cutting wire with a diameter up to 0.032" [0.88mm (AWG: 20)]. This cutter is constructed from Carbon Tool Steel (AISI 52/100) with induction hardened cut blades to meet RHC 63-65 standards. The CNC machining provides the cutter's joint surfaces perfect alignment and long life. The 9245SL feature ESD-Safe, molded grips for lasting comfort from repetitive use. The molded grips offer a static resistance of 10(8) ohms/sq. These grips hold the dual-leaf springs for providing a smooth action.
