The Desco 66323 Statfree UC2 Dissipative Dual Layer Rubber Mat Kit, Ultra Clean, Sky Blue, 0.80 in. X 24 in. X 48 in, offers Class 100 clean room compatibility with ESD protection from a dual-layer nitrile rubber compound. This model is designed to withstand abrasion, stretching, and tearing and may be used in soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. The top layer of the mat meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface required limit as well as the recommendation of ANSI/ESD S4.1 for contact with ESD susceptible items. The dedicated conductive bottom layer reduces the resistance to ground (Rtg) from the top of the surface to the groundable point ground and allows the mat to be used with ESD workstation monitors. The mat features a high strength nitrile rubber compound, which is designed to withstand abrasion, stretching, and tearing and may be used in soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. The mat also includes Ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer additives, which stabilize color retention, ensure ESD performance over time, and eliminate surface layer deterioration when the product is flexed.
