Chemtronics 5-50L Chem-Wik Rosin Desoldering Braid [50 x 50]

The Chemtronics 5-50L is a yellow, 50' long, grade WW, type R flux copper desoldering braid. The rosin provides absolute solder removal and leaves no corrosive residues.Chem-Wik rosin is especially designed for today's heat sensitive electronic components. The lighter mass, pure copper braid construction allows for better thermal conductivity, even at low temperatures. - Chem-Wik rosin responds as much as 50% faster than conventional desoldering braids. This design minimizes overheating and requires less "contact" pressure for greater operator control.Advanced ultra-thin desoldering wick has lighter mass, pure copper braid construction and allows for better thermal conductivity, even at low temperatures. Effectively removes all solder globs, icicles, bridges, and excess solder from terminals, plated through holes (double sided or multilayered boards), SMD and through hole components. Braid is coated with pure white rosin flux in accordance with MIL-F-14256F (Type R) preventing oxidation and promoting solderability. Available in standard spool.
