TFT screen
The menu is intuitive and easy to use thanks to the improved interface usability. It allows you to personalize over 20 parameters to help manage the soldering process. Set temperature limits, check usage counters, lock the station parameters with a PIN or program Sleep & Hibernation Modes.
The working screen shows the selected tool with its corresponding port, the working temperature of the tip and the power indicator at a glance.

JBC Cleaning & extraction set (x2)
It consists of a Tip Cleaning Stand and a Quick Cartridge Extractor which can be used single-handedly.
Each set can accommodate a different cleaning system and allows you to organize cartridges according to the job. This means you save time and increase productivity.
The cleaning system is replaceable and can be easily emptied.

Stations Communication

Nano Stations incorporate different connectors on the back to share data with other devices. Increase your working possibilities.

USB-A Port

By using a USB flash drive, you can update the latest software (available on www.jbctools.com), extract graphs.

USB-B Port

The user can monitor and manage parameters of several stations from one PC (e.g. graphs of the work process). It is necessary to download JBC Software (available on www.jbctools.com) and install it onto the PC.

ROBOT Connector

Use this port to connect the station with a JBC Fume Extractor in order to automatically activate extraction when the tools are in use.
Remotely control the station using an RS-232 connection with JBC Robot protocol.

P405 or P005 Pedal

Make the tool enter Hibernation or Sleep Mode by pushing down the pedal. This way you cause no thermal stress when placing the component onto PCB with the Nano Tweezers.
