Which soldering iron do you have?

Not sure which handpiece you have?

The handpiece model is usually printed on the iron's grip or on the base station label. Common PACE models:

  • TD-100 / TD-100A — black cartridge-style iron, the most common PACE handpiece.
  • TD-200 AccuDrive — for ADS200 / ADS200 Plus stations (blue cartridge tips).
  • PS-90 — universal Sensatemp iron with screw-in tips, used with MBT / ST stations.
  • WJS 100 — high-power production iron, Gold Series cartridges.

Tip care: Clean tips regularly with brass wool or a damp sponge. Keep tips tinned when not in use to extend tip life. Avoid excessive temperatures with lead-free solders.
