Not sure which material to pick?
Polyester (TT700, TT701, TT730, TT740) — best for permanent rating plates, instructional labels, and harsh environments. Resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and UV. Required for most UL/CSA compliance.
Polypropylene (TT600, TT602) — flexible, cost-effective, suited for less demanding applications. Conforms slightly to curved surfaces.
Gloss vs. matte — gloss gives the sharpest print contrast; matte cuts glare in brightly lit environments where workers need to read the label.
What label size do you need?
Select from standard nameplate sizes (Width × Height).
How do I pick a size?
Measure the area on your product where the nameplate will be applied — leave a small margin on each side for clean adhesion. If you're not sure exactly what content goes on the label, the 2.00" × 1.00" (TTL302) is the most common rating-plate size and a safe default.
- Compact / serial number only → TTL308, TTL300
- Standard rating plate → TTL301, TTL302
- Instructional label or barcode → TTL307, TTL312

TT700 — White Gloss
Polyester film with gloss white finish. Best print contrast and visibility.
TT701 — White Matte
Polyester film with matte white topcoat. Reduced glare.
TT730 — Silver Gloss
Polyester film with gloss platinum/silver finish. Professional metallic look.
TT740 — Silver Matte
Polyester film with matte platinum finish. Metallic without glare.
TT600 — Polypropylene
Flexible polypropylene film. Economy option for less demanding applications.
TT602 — Polypropylene Heavy
Thicker polypropylene film for improved durability.
