What are your performance requirements?

Select the characteristics that best match your application needs.

Which performance level should I pick?
  • Standard (TT416) — reliable adhesion, budget-friendly. 1.5 mil adhesive.
  • High (TT403) — enhanced adhesive strength and durability. The default for most demanding PCB work.
  • Premium (TT433) — maximum adhesion and chemical resistance. The choice for aggressive cleaning chemistries (Zestron, Kyzen).
  • ESD (TT451) — electrostatic-dissipative, required for ESD-sensitive components (ANSI/ESD S20.20).
  • Military (TT411) — tan / amber matte finish meeting military spec requirements. Uses TTRR-AK ribbon exclusively.
  • Low Profile (TT481) — ultra-thin 1 mil film + 1 mil adhesive for tight clearances and miniature components.

Temperature note: TT400-series polyimide labels withstand reflow and IR-oven temperatures up to 572°F (300°C). They are the right choice for lead-free SMT assembly, wave soldering, and any environment where a polyester (TT700-series) label would melt or yellow.
