The Protektive Pak 37760 is an ESD-Safe, Super Tek-Tray with Steel Wire Frame. The 37760 Tek-Tray measures 18" Long x 11-3/8" Wide x 1-3/4" Deep. This ESD-Safe tray is great for transporting populated, but unsoldered circuit boards to either the workbench, a wave or to a selective soldering area. Each Tek-Tray board handler can be stacked and nested together to preserve valuable storage space. Every box is constructed from Impregnated, Corrugated material with a buried shielding layer, which minimizes sloughing and rub-off contamination. The 37760 features raised Steel Wire Frame Corners to ensure a strong grip when stacking trays and greater tray stability overall. The tray interior offers a laminated, permanently Static Dissipative (shuntable) foam, Gently insert leads into the foam to achieve equipotential between leads. The Static Dissipative Foam has a Surface Resistance of 10(4) to 10(11) ohms (Per ANSI/ESD STM11.11 Standards). Each Tek-Tray is embossed with an ESD Protection Symbol (Ref. ESD 8.1) for easy identification, located on the side of every box.
