MG Chemicals 8329TCS-6ML Thermal Adhesive

The 8329TCS is a high thermal conductivity, 2-part epoxy adhesive paste with a long 4-hour working time. It's dark grey, smooth, viscous, and thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. It's highly viscous and must be mixed by hand prior to application — designed for gluing heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs, and other heat-generating components.
