The 8329TCM is a 2-part, 1:1 heatsink adhesive paste that cures to a hard, durable, thermally conductive polymer. It's smooth and dark grey, provides strong electrical insulation, and bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass, and most plastics used in electronic assemblies. It's most often used to attach heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs, or other heat-generating components, and is highly viscous, requiring hand-mixing prior to application.
