MG Chemicals 8329TFF-25ML Fast Cure Thermally Conductive Adhesive

The 8329TFF is a 2-part, 1:1 thermal conductive glue with a fast 15-minute set time. It's a smooth off-white paste that cures to a hard, durable, thermally conductive yet electrically insulating polymer. It's UL 94 V-0 registered as flame retardant (UL File# E334302) and bonds strongly to metal, ceramic, glass, and most plastics used in electronic assemblies — commonly used to bond CPUs to heat sinks for improved thermal management. Its lower viscosity also allows it to be used as a potting compound.
