The Metcal SSC-745A Tip Cartridges have been upgraded with a new, high power coil assembly that delivers additional power to demanding solder joints, without the need to increase temperature. For use with the MFR-1160 and MFR-1161 Soldering Systems with the MFR-H6-SSC hand-piece, but also with the previous Metcal SP200 Soldering System. The SSC-745A is a SSC Series "Long" Sharp Conical Tip Cartridge. This cartridge is designed for use with the MFR-H6-SSC Hand-Piece (MFR Series Systems) and the old SP200 Solder System. The SSC-745A measures 0.016" dia. x 0.75" long (0.4 x 19mm). This tip cartridge offers a maximum temperature of 775°F (413°C), designed for soldering temperature sensitive components. The 60° beveled design enhances accessibility in tight or intricate spaces, allowing for intricate soldering work with ease.
