    The Metcal MX-UK1 is a black upgrade kit with advanced hand-piece and tip saver workstand. The advanced upgrade kit is perfect for use with the MX-5000 and MX-5200 series. The MX-UK1 is an ESD-Safe, MX Series "Advance" Upgrade Kit. This kit is designed for use with any existing MX-Series Systems. The MK-UK1 includes the MX-H1-AV Solder Iron Hand-Piece and the MX-W1AV Tip-Saver Work-Stand.The MX-H1-AV "Advance" Hand-Piece is a lightweight, slim style soldering iron, ideal for most general soldering or rework applications.

    • This function helps save the overall life of the tip or cartridge being used
    • Advanced upgrade kit for MX-5000 and MX-5200 Series.
