The bristles are epoxy-set with a high-temperature resistant adhesive that allows this brush to be sanitized in an autoclave. These brushes are ideal for cleaning static sensitive or potentially explosive areas where an ESD (electro-static discharge) event could damage electronics or cause an explosion.
