The HTC-9CH0025S is a HTC Series 40° Chisel Tip Cartridge. The HTC Series tip cartridges are designed for use with the MX-Series Solder Systems, using the MX-H6-HTD "High Thermal Demand" Hand-Piece. This Chisel Style Solder Tip is ideal for soldering components with a high thermal demand. The HTC Series tips deliver more thermal energy to the tips pad, minimizing the risk of component and/or PCB damage associated with leaving the iron tip on the solder joint for extended periods of time. This HTC Tip measures 0.098" (2.5mm) wide x 0.02" (0.5mm) Thick x 0.31" (8mm) long. The HTC-9CH0025S offers a 900°F Temperature Rating, providing a maximum soldering temp of 950°F (510°C).
