These are leader tape extenders, basically come in sizes 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44 millimeters in different lengths. We can make these in any length you need, any width you need. With this leader tape extender, it basically will allow you to place a leader on the partial reel, which will allow you to run this through the machine without having to peel any components back. It gives you 20 inches of material to be able to feed through your machine. You will basically feed the front end in, index it till your first sprocket drive hole engages in the feeder. And you'll be able to start your machine and pick the very first component on this partial reel. This will prevent you from having to waste any components at all from peeling back any cover tape to start your machine.
