Metcal MX-W1AV Tipsaver Workstand for MX-H1-AV Soldering/Rework Iron Handpiece

The MX-W1AV is an ESD-Safe, MX Series Tip-Saver Work-Stand. This stand is designed to hold the MX-H1-AV, MX-H2-UF or MX-H6-HTD Solder Iron Hand-Pieces. The MX-W1AV features an integrated Auto-Sleep Function, which places the iron in sleep mode when entered into the magnetic cradle of the stand. This function helps save the overall life of the tip or cartridge being used. The MX-W1AV also includes yellow wet sponge (STSS-YS1) and a brass coil pad to clean the tip/cartridge in-between each application. The stand also features an adjustable cradle "angle", allowing the operator to select and lock the preferred angle of the tools placement.
