Jensen Global JGDFV25V Pneumatic Foot Pedal Dispenser with Vacuum

The JGDFV25V is a Pneumatic Foot Valve Syringe Dispenser with a built-in Vacuum. This foot valve is designed to be economical as well as ergonomically for operator comfort. The dispenser is equipped with a built-in regulator, gauge and vacuum venturi regulator to control the flow of materials. The dispensing process is fully controlled by the operator with the use of the flow control foot pedal. The integrated vacuum allows pull-back of the material into the dispensing tip, reducing dripping and stringing of material. This saves on material cost and time for clean-up. The JGDFV25V output is determined by the set air pressure, material viscosity and gauge-size of the dispensing tip. The JGDFV25V is designed to sit under the work bench, ideal for where the use of electricity is prohibited. Each foot pedal is constructed with a durable protective housing and includes a push-to-connect inlet for 1/4" or 5/32" adaptor hose (Hose Adaptor Sold Separately). This unit also includes a reducer fitting for 5/32" O.D. tubing adaptors.
