The Pace 8007-0429 ST325 Convective Rework System is a 120V, digital, self-contained system that is fully programmable. The ST325 can be used to remove or install Surface Mount Components. This system is equipped with both "Manual" and "Timed" Modes. The "Timed" mode allows the operator to create up to 20 profiles that consist of time and temperature parameters to ensure process control and repeatability. Both cycle start and vacuum functions are activated with conveniently located switches on the hand piece. The ST325 is equipped with one K-type thermal-couple input that can be used to monitor the thermal environment at the work site with optional software. The system can install/remove just about any standard pitch surface mount component, when fitted with the ST500, ST525, ST550, ST450, or the ST400 PCB Fixtures and the optional PC/Laptop Software. The ST325 has digital temperature control with a range of 300° - 900° F (nominal). This system dimensions are 5.25"H x 10"W x 10.4"D. The ST325 hand piece is compatible with all 4028 Series Nozzles.
