The Excelta 9248E is a 5 Star Lazer Line 4.5 inch wire cutter with a medium Tapered/Relieved head made of carbon steel. It cuts Optimum Flush and has ESD-Safe foam cushioned grips. The 9248E medium Slim Line tapered/relieved optimum flush cutter with a cutting capacity of 0.002" - 0.025" soft wire is made of carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The tapered and relieved cutting head allows for better access in tight places.The CNC machining allows Lazerlok™ the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The grips are soft cushioned foam and are ESD safe (1010 ohms/sq). The dual leaf springs provide smooth action.
