The Desco 07470 triboelectric charge generation of the material is negligible (tested per EIA-541) to make them safe for use around ESD susceptible items. The Desco 07470 is designed for top loading a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper and has a standard 3-hole punch for use with a binder.
