    The Menda 35695 is a 3.95'' long straight conductive brush with bristles that are a mix of conductive synthetic yarn, horse hair and pig hair. It is ideal for removing dust, dirt and leftover materials from printed circuit boards (PCB) and other static sensitive components. If the parts are ESD Sensitive it is essential to use an effective ESD brush. Menda ESD brushes prevent ESD events and dissipate ESD charges to ground as long as the user is grounded. Menda brushes have Conductive bristles with excellent discharge properties. Firm bristles are mainly for electronics, especially circuit boards. Firm bristles are made of conductive yarn, pig hair and horse hair. Once the conductive yarn is added to the bristles, it neutralizes the possibility of static build up caused by the natural hair. Synthetic bristles can easily become charged with static in standard humidity conditions. Natural hair usually builds static in areas of low humidity, but due to the conductive fibers in our brushes, this problem does not occur. Bristle dimensions 3" length by 1.5" width by 0.79" height.
