Our dissipative impregnated corrugated material features a unique characteristic, a buried shielding layer. This provides a better value because unlike dissipative or conductive painted material, the buried shielding layer will not rub or scratch off or lose its ESD properties. This translates into a longer lasting ESD safe package. Our impregnated corrugated offers a less expensive way to handle devices when compared to the labor costs of using static shielding bags.
Protektive Pak conductive fluted plastic is a durable material made from conductive extruded high impact polypropylene that provides ESD and physical protection for static sensitive devices. It is an economical alternative to injection molded products and offer strength and durability without the expense. Its construction allows for fabrication into a wide variety of designs that provide lightweight yet durable protection and is chemical and moisture resistant. It is ideal for use where corrugated and/or paper products cannot be used. It is common for a Protektive Pak packaged design to use ESD foams to help fit your packaging needs. We offer three ESD-safe foam types, permanent long lasting black foams and limited life anti-static attic pink foams.
