Soldering Unit for Automation
HA Soldering Unit makes the first selective soldering solution featuring Automatic Cartridge Exchange available to the electronics industry.
JBC offers two different versions, HA245 for General Soldering and HA470 for intensive Heavy Duty Soldering. They include TRA Automatic Soldering Iron, CSR Cartridge Stand, SFR Solder Feeder, CLR Tip Cleaner and UCR Control Box.

TRA245 / TRA470
Automatic Soldering Iron
Actuates by compressed air, allowing fast and automatic cartridge exchange when cartridges have worn out or when different cartridge geometries are used in the same soldering process.
If, instead of automatic cartridge change, manual change is required, the combination of TR Soldering Iron and RBA Soldering Head should be used.

SFR
Solder Feeder
Designed for automatic solder wire feeding and controlled by a PC/PLC. Control parameters such as wire length and dispensing speed are customizable. It features a
wire detector sensor and in case of any feeding error the system informs with “blocked up” or “consumed”.

CLR
Tip Cleaner
CLR performs a thorough and gentle tip cleaning, increasing heat transfer to maximize soldering quality. It features a large capacity tank with easy extraction and a large opening for easy tip access. CLR can be rotated up to 35° in both directions to facilitate the roboter arm access. Metal and non-metal brushes are designed for different usages, and they can be changed due to different soldering tasks requirement.

CSR245 / CSR470
Cartridge Stand
Cartridge Stand mechanism works with compressed air to automatically fix and release the cartridges. The position of the stand can be adjusted by pivoting up to 35° in both directions and can therefore be optimally adapted to the working position.

UCR245 / UCR470
Control Box
UCR Control Box manages TRA Automatic Soldering Iron with R245 and R470 Cartridges, specially developed for automated soldering processes. More than 40 commands
help to control working parameters such as temperature, working mode and control box status. It also allows getting information about errors and hour counter.

GSFR Guide Kit for Automation

GSFR Guide Kit is used in combination with SFR Solder Feeder, which controls solder feeding speed and length.

Guide Kits for different solder wire diameters are available and exchangeable.

Available with or without solder wire perforation. The perforation allows better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder and flux splashing during the soldering process.
