This letter certifies that all products manufactured by Chemtronics are compliant with the RoHS and WEEE.
Under the RoHS and WEEE directives, the following materials are restricted:
- Lead (>1000 ppm)
- Mercury (>1000 ppm)
- Cadmium (>100 ppm)
- Hexavalent Chromium (>1000 ppm)
- Polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) (>1000 ppm)
- Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) (>1000 ppm)
- Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): (>1000 ppm)
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP): (>1000 ppm)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP): (> 1000 ppm)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP): (>1000 ppm)
Please note that our products were RoHS / WEEE compliant at the time of original production; therefore, no new manufacturing part numbers have been assigned. Substances prohibited under RoHS and WEEE directives have never been used in Chemtronics products and there exists no economic or performance reason to begin adding them.
