The Plastek material is both Chemical and Moisture Resistant. The 39131 features a Surface Resistance (Rtt) of 1 x 10(2) to \u0026lt; 1 x 10(6) ohms (Per ANSI\/ESD S20.20 Standards), providing a reliable path-to-ground.
