This cutter is constructed from Carbon Tool Steel (AISI 52\/100) with induction hardened cut blades to meet RHC 63-65 standards. The CNC machining provides the cutter's joint surfaces perfect alignment and long life. The 9247SL feature ESD-Safe, molded grips for lasting comfort from repetitive use. The molded grips offer a static resistance of 10(8) ohms\/sq.
